If you are looking for information on condo units for sale, you must contact an individual unit owner or a local realty company.  Tuscany Gardens Condo Association does not have a sales office.

If you are in the process of purchasing a condo unit within Tuscany Gardens, please have the seller and buyer fill out the Sales Application attached below completely.  Then email the completed Sales Application along with the completed Sales Contract to Carl Lorenzini (CAM) at [email protected] for initial approval.  Your information will then be forwarded to the Sentry Management - Transitions & Closings Department.
