PARKING RESTRICTION NOTICE

To ALL Tuscany Gardens Residents,

ALL RESIDENTS of Tuscany Gardens will need a BAR CODE and will be

affixed to the vehicle’s side window in order to park overnight in

Tuscany Gardens.

ALL GUESTS will need a parking pass for overnight parking.

Residents will need to provide the Guests Name – Make - Model and

Tag number of vehicle – Building and unit Number.

This pass MUST be displayed in the front drivers windshield.

PARKING PASSES for Residents  Guests: Please contact Sentry Mgt. From Monday through Friday between 9:00 am and 5:00 pm at 239-277-0112, ext. 10 or 23,

The Access & Ground Supervisor will create the pass and a fix to the clubhouse door. The association will only issue a total of  up to seven (7) days per month for tenants guests.

After 5:00 pm daily or on weekends, passes WILL NOT BE ISSUED. Passes are required for ALL Guests staying overnight. Guests are NOT allowed to reside in tenant’s unit unless on the lease.

Violators will be evicted and vehicles will be towed at owners expense.

Building & Grounds Emergencies Only / After Hours & Weekends call 239-277-0112, DO NOT call the Access and Grounds Supervisor after 5:00 pm daily or on Weekends except for building emergencies!
