Are you trying to pay your monthly condo assessment fees? 
Well there are many different ways to do so...

1. Auto-Withdrawal from your checking account each month.  Complete the attached AutoPay form below and mail it in to Sentry Management's Central Office by the 15th of the month prior to your first auto-withdrawal payment.

2. Online Bill-Pay through your online banking.

3. Credit Card Payment online by going to www.sentrymgt.com and clicking on the 'Homeowners/Payments' link at the top of the page.  Remember, you will need you 16 digit account number to be able to register to pay online.  You can find your 16 digit account number on each page of your payment coupon book.

4. Mail your payment in to the Association's bank lock-box at:
Tuscany Gardens Condominium Association, P.O. Box 105302, Atlanta, GA 31348-5302 

5. Drop your payment off at our local Fort Myers office at:
6330 Techster Blvd., Suite 1, Fort Myers, FL 33966


PLEASE REMEMBER THAT ALL PAYMENTS ARE DUE ON THE 1ST OF EACH MONTH.
 
15% APR interest if payment is received after 10 days.
Also a 5% or $25 late fee if payment is received after 10 days.
